Over 2 years ago me and my buddy came down with the same illness. Symtoms were:*Abdominal pains*Kidney pains*Lymph node pains but no swelling*Severe dry mouth*Diarreha*Low fever / just the feeling of warmth but sometimes no fever* we could barely stand we were so fatuiged*sharp pains in gallbladder and spleen*Now we may go a week or a month feeling "ok" never more than 80% ok tho. Then it will kick in outta nowhere neither of us have any idea what brings it back. But we both came down with this within 2-3 days of each other the only thing we do together is eat and we would do plumbing jobs together. This has been lasting well over 2 years and isnt goin anywhere. Basically would this fall in the Infectious disease catagory????????

it could be an old mono infection, or possible lymes disease have your doctors looked for these?
