People mock the use of natural remedies and I know why. It is because the large pharmaceutical companies have spent millions of dollars in advertising to try and make out the natural remedies don't work. This couldn't be further than the truth, there a thousands of plants that have been proven to have natural anti-viral or anti-septic properties for example.
Unfortunately after decades of putting out false information to make sure that people don;'t use the cheaper more effective natural remedies and instead use their own manufactured often dangerous alternative; people don't see natural remedies as a true cure.
But slowly and surely people are starting to see things differently, they are starting to move away from over the counter medicines to natural remedies. You may have noticed that for example, Paracetamol's don't seem as effective any more or that you aspirin no longer seems to get rid of that headache. That is why people are looking for alternatives and they are finding them in natural remedies that have been around for centuries.
