Headaches are usually due to anxiety, stress, poor body pose or restricted muscles in the fretboard. They can also be due to bad weather, flu and PMS. Here are some ways that you can do to reduce a stress frustration. If the problem lasts, seek medical help.
1. If you have the addiction of using the computer for years, take a 10-15 mins break every hour. Close your eyes and rub them softly for a few mins.
2. Using important fats. Essential fats such as Rose, Ylang Ylang; Frankincense can help to reduce stress. Add a few comes to bath water, or simply use an aromatherapy diffuser / extractor.
3. Using a footbath. Try submerging you in a container of hot water for 15 mins. Hot water dilates the veins and raises circulation to you.
4. Enjoying tea. They can help to convenience the suffering of a stress frustration. You can either choose chamomile tea, chamomile tea or cinnamon. Rose and chamomile tea help to convenience physical stress while cinnamon reduces the production of pain-causing substances.
