I can't lose any more weight: My weight is stuck at..what should I do?

When losing weight many people hit a sticking point "My weight is stuck at" or "I can't lose any more weight" is a common complaint for dieters who stopped losing weight. It is important to know why you have hit a set point or plateau. The body has a certain natural weight set point and will not go lower. People saying "My weight is stuck at" or I can't lose any more weight when dieting" are experiencing a weight set point, it is natural but can be trained to go lower

How to break the Plateau

In order to break the sticking point it is important to understand what you are trying to do versus what the body is doing. You may be trying to lose the last 10,20 or whatever pounds but the body feels your weight loss is enough. Every person has a set weight that the body does not want to go below or above. This is your natural set point and the body wants to stay in that area. You may have lose go weight on your diet but the body does not want to go any further down. When you look in the mirror you know you can lose another 10 or 20 or maybe even 100 more pounds but the body feels you have lost enough. At this point further dieting will not get you to lose weight but you can break the sticking point. To those saying " I have stopped losing weight" The answer to breaking the sticking point is in the blood sugar.

To break the sticking point use a health diabetes diet

A study in France showed that a filmmaker's diabetes diet caused people without diabetes to lose the last stubborn pounds and break sticking points. When people without diabetes used the diet they lost fat off the body, even those with normal blood sugar levels.

Why did this work? The diet worked because blood sugar is the key to all weight loss. People in the study who were saying I can't lose anymore weight or "my weight is stuck at..." started to lose weight and break the sticking point. Athletes have known this trick for a long time. The filmmaker's diet is a special diabetes diet that causes non diabetics to lose weight
