It has been seen that hemorrhoids problem exists in about 4% of the population and is equally prevalent among both men and women. It is more prevalent among the age group of 45 to 65 years.
When the strain on the increases on the tissues bleeding hemorrhoids form. It is a very terrible situation to be in but there are treatment options if it is diagnosed early. But, it is important to diagnose and differentiate it from the other conditions that cause bleeding of the rectum area. Bleeding hemorrhoids do not cause all of a sudden. It progresses from natural hemorrhoids to inflammation of the veins caused due to stress and additional pressure on the anal area. It starts with constipation, diarrhea, and increased pressure during bowel movements. Sometimes, blood clots also develop inside and this condition is called thromboses.
