Nervous system

Degeneration and decrease in brain cells, size, and in neuro-transmitters causes slow reaction time, slow learning, decreased memory and dysfunction of cells. There is vulnerability to oxidative stress as there is concentration of high activity cells in small area that requires more energy and oxidation. Brain and nerve cells are non renewable and smallest damage to a vital area can be fatal.

This manifests as memory loss, loss of concentration, decreased sex drive, weakness in muscles or tremors due to neuro-transmitters deficiency, transient ischemic attacks and cerebral strokes due to poor blood  circulation to the brain, insomnia, depression or confusion and clouding of mind, due to degenerative changes like parkinsonism, alzheimer's disease, senility, vertigo, auto immune diseases, multiple sclerosis, lupus erythromatosis, migraine and dyslexia.

It is speeded up by stress, malnutrition, deficient diet, and inactive life style, (making a person unable to look after his or her nutrition and activity), circulatory insufficiency by blockage of vessel or heat variation (excess heat dilates body vessels and excess cold constrict vessels, both diminish brain blood flow) and lowered immunity. Even the smallest of free radicals oxidative stress affects brain working which shows up as slow reaction, mild irritations on insignificant things, slight loss of balance, forgetting minor things, etc.

Yeast Candida Albicans Symptoms - Don't Ignore These Signals

Candida albicans symptoms are wide and varied. Ranging from mildly irritating to extremely painful. It is the underlying problem to many well known diseases such as diabetes and some forms of cancer related to the bowel. The problem the western society has is that we have trained ourselves to less in tune with our bodies and therefore do not recognize candida when it presents itself as a symptom.

Instead of taking corrective or even precautionary steps, we now rely solely on what our doctors tell us is happening inside our bodies. This is a dangerous approach because our bodies have built in warning systems which conventional doctors understand fully. When we attend a clinic with a disease our doctors use their knowledge and training of these systems to point to what is wrong. This method is largely based on a process of elimination feeding off a huge database of known outcomes, which in turn enables a doctor to come to a conclusion and diagnose the symptom.

The problem here is not that the medical system is at fault but that the patient will have already ignored several warning signs beforehand. Candida should not be ignored at any stage. Greater understanding of the warning signals given by the body alongside the vast knowledge of conventional medicine would go a long way to preventing and curing a large proportion of illnesses. Candida albicans symptoms can be isolated to any one of four areas in the body. That is oral, reproductive, digestive and mental.

Oral candida albicans or thrush will take many forms; these are gum disease (gingivitis), bad breath, mouth ulcers, coating of the tongue, white patches or blisters on the palate. Severe cases may have irritation and or soreness making it difficult to consume food. Mental signs of candida albicans symptoms are even less obvious but no less important. The usual complaints are lack of concentration, loss or poor memory, brain fog, mood swings, headaches, depression, irritability and dizziness.

For women a thicker curd like white discharge may be observed coming from the vagina sometimes accompanied by a pungent smell. Again itching, irritation, soreness, swelling redness in and around the vagina. This will make sexual intercourse uncomfortable. Menstruation may become irregular. In men dry skin in white patches may been seen on the head of the penis, which can be red and raw if severe. Some men may expel a discharge which is symptomatic of candida albicans in the urinary tract.

Candida albicans symptoms in the stomach are by far the most important and should not be ignored. The symptoms present in this area are a weak or compromised immune system, gas, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and skin discoloration immediately above internal area that candida is populating. These are just a handful of the symptoms known to cause problems for both men and women alike.

If you are experiencing sharp abdominal pain and have relatively low energy levels, this is probably due to the fact that your candida has become chronic. In this phase candida grows root like structures which penetrate the intestinal wall in order to increase its surface area. The drawbacks here are twofold. This means candida has spread itself to cover the intestinal wall, as a result it takes all the nutrients from whatever you eat or drink and then releases its debris into your bloodstream as toxic waste.

Hence the importance of consuming at least two litres of water a day to assist the liver and kidneys from being overloaded with ridding the body of toxins. If correctly addressed your candida albicans infection will be a thing of the past, even other ailments that you may have ignored will disappear once you get candida under control and banished for good.
