Some people recommend taking herbal supplements and some people think it's best to get vitamins from food. There are valid reasons for both arguments. Both groups of people have good reasons for thinking the way that they do. First let's go over getting vitamins from food. The honest truth is that it's difficult to eat a healthy balanced diet of vitamins day in and day out. There is junk food all around us.
