Severe Fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Treatment

Severe fatigue or chronic fatigue that is relatively new and lasting for a minimum of six months is the primary of chronic fatigue symptoms which is aggravated by the fact that normal bed rest will not bring in significant relief and the extremity will constrain the sufferer from participating in some activities.

Chronic fatigue syndrome's delineating cause is still elusive; however some physicians attribute its occurrence to Epstein Barr virus or flawed immune system response bringing about an inflammation of the nervous system.

Age, any preceding history of illness, stress level one is subjected to, genes inherited or ambient environmental factors can also play  contributing roles in its development. Women in their middle ages are more liable to fall prey to this syndrome.

Chronic fatigue syndrome victims are beset with a host of problems like the signs of fatigue shared down here.
