It's been great number years since I first read the minor circumstances of Dr. Lorraine Day's wrap. Yet it's one to that I refer, often, when asked questions like, 'How does the same strengthen the immune system, when nauseated?' Or, 'What does my friend or relevant 'take' for cancer, or some other degenerative distemper?'
The answer?
Well, vibrant health, to my regular course of thinking, is about 'throwing cram out,' and allowing Mother Nature to practise her good work; NOT about 'adding inanity on' to an already compromised, toxic bloodstream.
Dr. Day's is a moral works, 'case in point.' A California healer, given just a few weeks to live, by a massive, malignant, fist-sized tumefaction on her chest; she was a smoker, a drinker, and toxic-bread eater. Colleagues recommended traditional 'cut and chemotherapy' - 'or besides.' She refused, and decided to stamina with a more holistic, natural advance; which consisted of: Fasting. Plenty of undefiled water and fresh fruit and plant juice. Natural exercise, like fast walking. Sunbathing? In abundance. Animal 'foods?' Out! Raw, living scatter seed foods? In!
Her 'protocol,' in uncivil: Everything toxic, artificial, man-made, finished. Everything healthy, holistic, and natural, in.
What sooner or later, were the good doctor's results, rear implementing her self-administered, natural therapy? She grew completely cancer-immoderate within weeks - and is, to this sunlight, many years later. She did not be lost, as her colleagues had guessed. Far from it! 'It's a wonder,' they claimed!
Yet is it?
Or is resonant health, and a throwing off of indisposition, simply a natural result, emanating from a credence in Mother Nature - rather than in Man's misguided pills, potions, and other 'advancements' in fresh medicine? The latter, I'd argue. As, historically, there is no shortage of cases like Dr. Day's, whether or not one is willing to look in opposition to them. I speak of cases like that of Johanna Brandt. Professor A. Ehret. Australian Dr. Abramowski's and his lengthy list of patients. Doctor Gerson, who I've written of, ahead of. Rudolph Breuss, author of The Breuss Cancer Cure. Dr. Ruth Heidrich, contriver of, Senior Fitness. And there are in the way that many more I could add!
And, about all, think on this: Sickness and malady are aberrations in nature - NOT 'the norm!'
All creatures, given their species-precise, natural diet, plenty of exercise, new air, and sunlight, thrive with abounding strength and health. It is alone when adopting Man's processed, affected, toxic ways, that creatures first commence to 'know' disease, inner toxicity, weakness, and sensible age.
Thus, given cases like Dr. Day's and in the same state many others - and given Mother Nature's inborn tendency toward health, not disease - I esteem this: If ill, trust in the regular wisdom that created you. Throw 'stow' out; like potions, pills, and poisons ('oh my!'). Don't adject more 'stuff' to already overloaded, poisoned corpse. Exercise. Bathe in the sun. Eat and drink the subsistence, raw plants of the earth. Meditate and enjoy silence.
What then? Your 'prognosis?'
I'd allege: 'Miracle' likely!
